Red Cliffs Campground is located within the Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, offering a unique blend of natural and cultural resources. The campground is situated at the base of towering red cliffs of Navajo Sandstone, with Quail Creek flowing through it and supporting mature cottonwood trees and willows. The area is home to a variety of wildlife, including Gambel's quail, canyon wrens, Mojave desert tortoises, and Gila monsters. Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, birding, and photography, with several trails available for exploration. The campground is open year-round, with 11 campsites available, including some with pull-through parking and accessible for visitors with disabilities. Reservations are required and can be made through recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777. Camping fees are $15 per night, with a reservation fee and payment made only through recreation.gov or by phone. The area is managed to conserve and protect the natural and cultural resources of the public lands, with quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am and generator hours from 9 am to 9 pm.
