Welcome to Rancho Bonitos, a small, not-for-profit, 55+ co-op park located in a quiet, rural setting surrounded by citrus trees, just 15 minutes from shopping. Members own both their RVs/park models and have an ownership interest in their individual lots. Dues include water, garbage, sewer, and real estate tax on common areas and individual lots. The park is open from October 15 to April 15, with caretakers living on site year-round. Members work together to maintain the park, and facilities include a new Pickleball court, Bocce Ball court, and a clubhouse with daily activities. Office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (November to March).
