Welcome to our second largest park in the Princeton area! We're still pretty new as we officially opened the summer of 2022. Each space is fully fenced in, with a wrought iron gate in front, 8x8 storage shed, and large tree. Price includes rent, water, trash, sewer, lawn care, and wi-fi. Electricity is separate. $300 security deposit along with credit and background check is required. There is also a separate deposit due for electricity of $150. Our prices range from $750-$850/month plus electricity. RV Covers available upon request for an additional $175/month. We encourage all of our residents to take pride in their yard and make the lot their own! Residents have added raised gardens, decks, gazebos, and more! Both parks have a laundromat onsite along with a mail kiosk and large dog park! Our front entrance sign and fully fenced lots with gates make it a great place to live.
