Welcome to Pounding Mill Creek Estates, a quaint 8-lot community located in the Blue Ridge/Great Smoky Mountains. Our community is directly across the creek from the Nantahala National Forest in Shooting Creek, North Carolina. This is NOT an RV park, but rather individual 1-acre lots that provide a personal sanctuary for residents. The area offers a wide range of activities, including hiking, boating, horseback riding, fishing, skiing, whitewater rafting, golfing, and mining for gems and gold. The community is 2 hours from Atlanta, Chattanooga, Asheville, and Knoxville, and is close to several casinos and attractions.
