The Port of Kenai is located on the mouth of the Kenai River, sitting on 20 acres with over 1000 feet of riverfront directly across from Mt's Iliamna and Redoubt. This provides amazing views of volcanos, their glaciers, and sunsets year around. Every spring and fall the Beluga whales follow the fish runs up the Cook Inlet to the mouth of the river right in front of the dock, pair this with Seals, Eagles, and Fishing and you will quickly see why this is such an incredible place to spend some time while visiting the Kenai Peninsula. The campground has plenty of spots as well as new electric hook-ups, and a fully stocked Campstore providing all the essential amenities for the month of July including ice and firewood.
