The Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest offers a wide range of recreational activities with over 6,000 miles of trails, 177 campgrounds, and eight Wilderness areas. Visitors can explore the unique landscape of the Enchantments, a rugged and scenic area within the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. Overnight permits are required for the Enchantments. The forest also features six Ranger Districts, where visitors can find information on pass and fee requirements, closures, and other rules.
