The Pomeroy Campground in Iowa is the perfect place for family camping! Located in Gordon Prange City Park on the NW corner of Pomeroy, this small campground has plenty to do for all ages. It boasts facilities for outdoor volleyball, tennis, basketball, softball or football for the older children and adults. The campground also has a large, well-kept playground with more equipment than a child of any age can dream of! Centrally located between the recreational waters of Storm Lake and Twin Lakes, the RV sites feature large, full hookups and picnic tables for outdoor dining. There is even a campfire site to create the atmosphere of story-telling and the making of smores! Additionally, there are several tent sites available to rent. The shelter house is equipped with tables, chairs internet service, TV, and a large counter for food. It also has bathrooms and a shower, and can even be heated if there is a chill in the air.
