The park features spacious lots with concrete pads, wide roads, and a pet and family-friendly atmosphere. Guests can enjoy extensive amenities including a large pool with four waterfalls, heated hot tub, indoor pool, dog park, playground, basketball court, bocce ball court, pickle ball court, gaga pit, horseshoes, volleyball, arcade, gameroom, clubhouse, and a community firepit circle park.
