The campground is situated along the Pequea Creek, which slowly drifts through the property, and features hiking trails winding through the grounds. It accommodates tent camping and motorhomes up to 40 feet, with pull-through sites in the travel trailer area, camping under the trees, and creekside camping with excellent fishing opportunities. The campground is operated by John and Lori Keohane and their team of caretakers who maintain high standards. A picnic area on the north side of the creek offers day-use facilities including picnic tables, grills, a play area, and portable potties. The natural setting provides opportunities to observe local wildlife including deer, foxes, groundhogs, ducks, geese, and various bird species.
