Peak One Campground is located on the scenic Dillon Reservoir near Frisco, Colorado, nestled in the heart of the White River National Forest. The campground offers 80 sites surrounded by the dramatic Gore and Tenmile Ranges, along with Swan Mountain, providing stunning Rocky Mountain views. The reservoir spans 3,233 acres with 26.8 miles of shoreline, making it an ideal destination for fishing, boating, and sailing. The campground features picnic tables, campfire rings, flush toilets, and drinking water, though electrical hookups are not available. Due to pine beetle infestation and hazard tree removal, the campground currently has little shade. Visitors can enjoy abundant recreational opportunities including hiking and biking on the Summit County trail system, wildlife viewing, and access to nearby world-class ski resorts.
