Paradise Valley Campground is a 60.3-acre RV park in the North Georgia Mountains, featuring 289 privately owned deeded RV Lots with paved roads, a pool, coin laundry facilities, and a pavilion with a kitchen. The park has many trees, nice views, and significant frontage on Town Creek, a stocked trout stream. Lot sizes vary considerably up to one acre, and RVs must be self-contained. The annual cost of ownership is very reasonable, and the park is organized with an Association under Georgia non-profit HOA laws. In addition to RVs, small cabins and sheds are allowed on lots, space permitting, and 12-Wide Park Models are permitted. The park is located in White County, about 6 miles north of the City of Cleveland, and has easy access with no steep hills. The park address is 1000 Paradise Valley Road, and mail sent to this address is received by the Board of Directors.
