Paradise Park is a 55+ land-owned condominium community located in Eastern Charlotte County, Florida, on Bermont Road, 24 miles east of Punta Gorda. Each unit or lot is individually owned and includes an equal share of all recreational facilities, utility plants, and all common areas. Although it's not a public recreation vehicle park, visitors are welcome as a guest of property owners on a short-term basis. The community is active, with various classes, clubs, sports, golf, and scheduled tournaments and events. A short drive to Punta Gorda and Fort Myers offers shopping, museums, restaurants, special events, and festivals. Paradise Park is Pet Friendly. The park includes a large Recreation Hall, Boce Ball Court, Nine Hole Golf Course, Driving Range, Large Heated Swimming Pool, and a Five Acre Fishing Lake.
