The resort features approximately 34 spacious sites with full hookups (30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer), offering both standard back-in and pull-through options as well as premium tiki hut sites with paver pads. The park combines Old Florida atmosphere with modern resort-style amenities, including a boat ramp and lake access, fenced dog park, 8-seat movie theater, gaga ball pit, kids game room, disc golf, mini soccer field, cornhole, horseshoes, and multiple community fire pits. Additional amenities coming soon include a pool, general store, pickleball, gym, and boat rentals.
