Northgate RV Travel Park is a clean, safe RV facility located in Athens, Alabama, just off Exit 354 on I-65. Operating since 2006, the park offers a friendly, farm-setting atmosphere with all pull-through full hookup sites accommodating RVs up to 120 feet long. Every site features either 30 or 50 amp service, frost-free water hydrants, 4-inch self-closing sewer connections, and 70 lbs water pressure. The park has recently added WiFi and expanded sewer drops to additional sites. Notably, Northgate is home to the RV Pigeon Project, a unique pigeon racing training program where guests can volunteer to transport pigeons to training locations. The park does not offer weekly or monthly rates, showers, or restrooms, but provides a straightforward overnight experience with convenient highway access.
