About
Nestled on the shores of 120-acre Gemini Lake in northwest Schoolcraft County, this rustic campground offers a tranquil escape for fishing and paddling enthusiasts. Divided into two loops, it features 17 sites suitable for tents and small trailers, some with direct water access. A central boat launch makes launching kayaks and canoes easy. Plus, you're just five miles from the breathtaking Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The operation of an ORV and snowmobile between the campground and nearby trails is allowed. The campground is located 20 miles northeast of Shingleton via H-15, H-58 and Twin Lake Truck Trail. This rustic campground is located on Gemini Lake and is open all year; however, the campground and seasonal roads are not plowed.
