About
Murphy campground and park offers nine campsites, four with electric hookup (20 AMP and 30 AMP), four with electric and water hookup, and one walk-in site without electricity or water. Here, fishermen have access to the 172-acre flowage home to many fish like panfish, northern pike, and bass. Trout streams can be found close by. The Ice Age Trail is located nearby and runs for 27 miles in the county forest, giving hikers an opportunity to observe the beauty of northern Wisconsin. There is also a picnic area, a boat launch, and the Rusk County ATV Trailhead.
