About

Woodward Reservoir Regional Park is located at 14528 26-Mile Rd., a few miles north of Oakdale off Highway 120. It offers over 3,700 acres of land and 2,900 acres of reservoir for recreation and camping. The park features campsites, concessions, restrooms, picnic shelters, barbecues, picnic tables, a go cart track, three boat launches, and a fish cleaning station. Visitors can enjoy activities such as boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, kayaking, swimming, waterfowl hunting, RC plane flying, and horseback riding. The park is dog friendly and has a rich history dating back over 117 years, playing a key role in helping the South San Joaquin Irrigation District weather droughts.
