Offering full hookup RV sites, and a fully stocked Motel you can have the vacation that you need, by yourself, with friends, or with your family. With plenty to do right on our grounds, and even more to do in the surrounding area, you’ll be sure never to be bored. However, when the sun starts setting, and you want to put your feet up, you’ll be greeted with the most peaceful views and laid back evenings that you could ask for, making for the ideal vacation. Our community is particularly peaceful, and laid back. Perfect for families, couples exploring the area, and fishermen alike. If you’re looking for well accommodated rooms, with easy access to the Cape Vincent, and surrounding areas you’ve come to the right place. Our Motel offers ample space, and everything you need for a laid back and relaxing time. We have a small store on-site with fishing supplies including worms, camping supplies, food items, a big cooler with drinks and fridge items, a small freezer with ice cream treats and other freezer items, and bagged ice. You can purchase bundles of wood for $5 each. There is some outstanding fishing here! The store offers bait and supplies, and you can also rent a kayak or fish from docks. We have 20 slips with access to the boat ramp from Martin’s Marina next door, our residents can pay a $5 for access. Single and double kayaks are available for rent, all of which are set up for fishing. We have cornhole, washers, and ladder golf for you to enjoy!
