Mariner Park is a 111-acre multi-use area located at the base of the Homer Spit in Alaska. It's a popular beach access point for various activities such as fat tire biking, jogging, dog walking, surfing, beachcombing, coal collecting, fossil hunting, bird watching, and simply enjoying the view. The park offers 34 campsites available from April 1st to October 31st, with a gravel surface and no public restrooms. Basic sanitation is provided via porta potties and hand wash stations. There are no RV hook-ups, potable water service, electrical service, or sewage service available onsite. The day use area has a fire ring and gazebo, which can be reserved for private events. The park is approximately two miles from the central business district, where grocery shopping, RV & fuel services are available.
