Madrone Campground is a camping site located in Hollister Hills SVRA, offering various campgrounds for motorcycle & ATV recreation, four-wheeled vehicles, and non-motorized activities. The park has 5 campgrounds in the Lower Ranch, including Radio Ridge, Walnut, Lodge, Bee, and Madrone, and one in the Upper Ranch, Sycamore Campground. Hudner Ranch offers primitive camping for 4x4 recreation. Amenities include showers, flushing toilets, fire pits, and a park store. The park also offers ranger-led education activities and special events. Visitors can enjoy various outdoor activities, including ATV and motorcycle training, and exploring the surrounding area. The park is located approximately 5 miles south of Hollister, with a main entrance and separate entrances for each area. Check-in is required at the Lower Ranch Main Entrance to pay entrance fees and get directions.
