The campground provides access to hundreds of miles of primitive roads for motorized recreation, two designated hiking trails (Mirror Lake and Crystal Lake), and is just 8 miles from the 72-mile Coeur d'Alenes Rails to Trails paved bike path system. The nearby Coeur d'Alene River offers opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing, while the famous Hiawatha Trail is less than an hour away.
