Living Waters Canoe Ministry is a faith-based outdoor recreation and camping facility located in the heart of the Ozarks, situated at the start of Lake Niangua on the Big Niangua River. Founded in 2000, the facility specializes in family-friendly float trips and group camping experiences, offering a clean, "dry" approach to outdoor recreation suitable for families, scout troops, church youth groups, and corporate retreats. The facility features unique accommodations including scenic tipis with views of rolling hills, tree huts with solid floors and screened windows, eagle's nests suspended above the ground, and traditional tent camping sites. Visitors can enjoy canoeing and kayaking on a private stretch of the Big Niangua River, with the facility open Tuesday through Sunday during the season starting May 13. The ministry emphasizes creating memorable outdoor experiences grounded in faith and environmental stewardship.
