Little River Campground is a peaceful campground located across the Little River and behind the Tuckaleechee Cabins, near Townsend Tennessee. The campground has mature trees and offers both 50 and 30 amp services to its premium sites. Some sites back up to the Little River for viewing enjoyment. Fishing is abundant on the Little River, with trout being the primary catch. The campground is constantly improving, with updates including direct TV and WiFi, a new bath house and bathrooms, and the addition of a swimming pool and glamping cabins. The campground is located on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies, offering relaxation, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and photography opportunities. It is also close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Cades Cove, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.
