Leeds RV Park & Motel is a year-round campground and motel located in southern Utah at the base of Pine Valley Mountain, nestled in Dixie's Color Country near St. George and Hurricane. The park offers a peaceful retreat for both vacationers and travelers, with convenient access to some of Utah's most popular attractions including Zion National Park (40 minutes away), Quail Creek State Park (5 minutes), Red Cliffs State Park, and Sand Hollow State Park. The facility features three types of motel rooms with kitchenettes, tent sites with fire pits, and large RV pull-through sites surrounded by tall trees for shade. Amenities include picnic tables, fire pits, clean restrooms and showers, a clubhouse, laundromat, and beautiful scenic views. The park welcomes small groups and reunions, caters to snowbirds with its mild winters, and offers daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Awesome ATV trails are available just minutes from the park, making it an ideal base for outdoor recreation and exploration.
