Lazy Palms Ranch is a South Texas campground located in Linn-San Manuel, TX, 16 miles north of Edinburg, Texas. It's a 50+ Winter Texan Community with a beautiful country setting, far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough for convenience. The park offers regular shindigs, barbecues, and resort-style amenities. Visitors can enjoy fishing at the stocked pond with various species of fish, including Blue and Channel Catfish, Bass, Black Crappie, Blue Gill, Red Ear Sunfish, and Tilapia. The park is pet-friendly and welcomes construction crews and others working in the Rio Grande Valley. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the mild sub-tropical climate of the Magic Valley. The park has plenty of room for big rigs and offers daily, weekly, and monthly rates. The rates include electric, WiFi, trash, sewer, and water. Most sites are pull-through and are approximately 30' x 90'. The park also has single lots available for lease, which include trash, sewer, and water but do not include electric. The park is open year-round, but the weather is best from mid-September through mid-May.
