The Lazy L Resort is an adult R.V. park that has been in existence since 1973. It was constructed with 26 spaces, and has since grown to 78 spaces with room for future expansion. The park is rustic in nature, and maintains the true feeling of living in the forest on the Mogollon Rim. Even though it is charmingly simple and unsophisticated, the park has full utility hookups. Additional services can be provided for telephone, wifi, and satellite through local utility companies and dealers. There is also a country market adjacent to the park. The grace and beauty of the park is made up of ponderosa pinetrees, cedar, juniper, and other natural shrub vegetation with green, grassy common areas. Residents are allowed to grow their own gardens, small lawns, and flower beds. They are happy and content with the uncomplicated lifestyle of the Lazy L Resort. Located near Black Canyon Lake, Woods Canyon Lake, and Willow Springs Lake, the resort offers easy access to fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
