Land of the Arches Campground is a climber's paradise located 7 miles south of Red River Gorge in Campton, Kentucky, offering access to over 3,500 bolted rock climbing routes. The campground features 99 primitive camping sites suitable for both individual campers and large groups, making it ideal for boy scouts and organized outings. Recently renovated with individualized campsites and new picnic tables, the facility includes a solar-heated rinse/shower station, shared indoor hangar space with a kitchen, bathrooms, and free WiFi. Beyond climbing, visitors can explore nearby Daniel Boone National Park and Natural Bridge State Park for hiking, fishing, and wildlife watching, as well as additional climbing destinations at Pendergrass-Murry Recreational Area and Muir Valley.
