Lakepoint Resort is a family-friendly vacation spot located approximately 1 hour south-west of downtown Chicago. The resort has a rich history, dating back to 1974 when a group of sportsmen acquired 240 acres of woods, hills, and lakes to create a recreational resort for RV owners. Over the years, the resort has expanded to include a playground, pavilion, 600 ft. long sand beach, bathhouse, clubhouse, and cafe. The resort offers various activities, including golf cart parades and kids' events, making it an ideal destination for families and friends.
