Lake Wenatchee State Park is a Northwest icon with a clear blue lake surrounded by forested mountains. The park offers a variety of activities such as beach exploration, biking, bird watching, boating, camping, fishing, folk arts activities, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and volunteer opportunities. The park also features accessible campsites, automated pay station, accessible restrooms, ADA buildings, drinking water, fire pit, firewood, park ranger station, restrooms, showers, trash service, ADA boat launch, boat ramp, dock, grill, groceries, kitchen shelter, picnic shelters, picnic tables, sink, accessible parking, parking, trailer dump, horseshoe pits, playgrounds, volleyball, amphitheater, concessions, interpretive opportunities, and a sno-park. The park is in bear country, so coolers must be stowed away and food should never be left out. The park gates close at dusk and do not reopen until after posted opening hours. Day-use visitors are not allowed inside the park after open hours. The park is open year-round, but some facilities may be closed during the winter season.
