Lake Perris Horse Camp has 7 primitive equestrian campsites with fire pits, picnic tables, and 2 corrals per site. Watering troughs for horses are available, and drinking water is provided. Chemical restrooms are available, but there are no showers or hookups. The campsite is unpaved, but the view is excellent. A minimum of 1 horse is required, with a maximum of 2 horses per site. The reservation fee covers 2 horses per site, and no dogs are allowed on trails. Campers must muck out stalls and clean up after their horses. The campsite can usually accommodate 2 vehicles with trailers, 1 vehicle with a trailer and 1 self-contained RV, or 3 vehicles maximum.
