Lake Miami Park is a 135-acre man-made lake located 5 miles east of Lovilia on an 879-acre park. The park offers full-service facilities for camping, picnicking, fishing, hunting, hiking, and outdoor recreation. It also provides opportunities for cabin and shelter rentals. The park is managed by the Monroe County Conservation Board and features a nature education center, open and enclosed shelter houses, and a wildlife enclosure exhibit. Visitors can enjoy boating, and explore nearby attractions such as Eddyville Raceway Park, Nelson Pioneer Farm & Museum, and Full Bloom Brewhouse. The park is open year-round, with camping available from April 1st to November 1st, weather permitting.
