About
Kumu Camp is a unique Native Hawaiian nonprofit-owned and operated campground located on the beautiful northeastern shores of Anahola, Kauai, nestled within Hawaiian Home Lands. The campground welcomes both Kama'aina and guests to reconnect and experience the island in an authentic and meaningful way. Accommodations include bungalows and yurts with various bed sizes, as well as campsites for tent camping and camper top vehicles. Guests wake to ocean sunrises and complimentary hot coffee or tea at the campground coffee spot. The facility features modern amenities including a bathhouse with hot water showers and restroom facilities. All proceeds support the nonprofit's mission of affordable housing, job creation, and capacity building across Hawaii, making every stay a contribution to local community development.
