James River Camp accommodates camps and retreats, as well as visiting groups and leadership teams as a place to strategize and grow closer to the Lord. The 7-acre lake is surrounded by walking trails and nearly 400 acres of wooded hills. Large dorm rooms and cabin-style apartments are available for housing hundreds of students and leaders. The worship center is the newest addition on the campgrounds and includes a stage, chairs, and sound booth. Every year we see the lives of kids, students and leaders change forever because of their experience at the campgrounds. Spacious fields for games, a pavilion, a swimming pool, the lake, the dining hall, the leader’s lodge, and the worship center are all incredible resources we have to offer. Camps and retreats ensure that students and leaders can pull away from everyday life to encounter God like never before. Students can attend summer camps and grow closer in their relationships with Jesus and with other students & leaders.
