Located 18 miles SW of Chester, Mont., Island Campground is situated on the shores of Lake Elwell (Tiber Reservoir), offering 181 miles of shoreline. The reservoir provides good fishing for northern pike, walleye, and rainbow trout. The campground features concrete boat ramps, campgrounds, a marina, picnic shelters, and various facilities including campsites, RV hookups, picnic areas, and boat launch facilities. Managed by the Bureau of Reclamation, the campground is a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
