Welcome to Indio Springs RV Resort located in the beautiful Coachella Valley in sunny Southern California. Indio Springs RV Resort is a seasonal resort for the 55+ crowd. Occupancy is limited to 9 months in a calendar year for both owners and renters. The resort has a community island with expansive lawns, winding waterways, a clubhouse, and amenities. It has been recognized with the highest 5-star rating in 'Woodall's Trailer Travel'. The resort offers a variety of activities to enjoy and stay active during the months of November through March. The renter’s and owner’s residency is limited to nine (9) months within a calendar year. The homeowners association manages the community and committee volunteers work on resort projects which keeps the association fees one of the lowest in the Coachella Valley. Monthly association fees include management costs, water, sewer, garbage, cable TV, and free internet to all residents. The resort has something for everyone!
