The park welcomes both RVs and tent campers and is perfectly positioned near some of Florida's most beautiful rivers, state parks, and natural springs with crystal-clear waters maintained at a year-round temperature of 72 degrees. Visitors come from around the world to enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and cave diving on the nearby Santa Fe River, which is renowned among cave divers for its unique cavern systems. The resort is constantly upgrading its facilities, including newly paved roads, wide concrete RV pads, and a newly paved and fenced community pool. Under the management of owner Shawn Simms and manager Kellie Castiglione, guests experience a friendly atmosphere with ongoing improvements and new amenities designed to enhance their outdoor adventure experience.
