The property is a working cattle ranch where guests may witness cattle operations throughout the year. The resort is ideally located near historic Deming, New Mexico, home to the Deming Luna Mimbres Museum showcasing Mimbreno Indian pottery and cultural heritage, with ancient Indian petroglyphs accessible both near the property entrance and via ATV/UTV rides on the back portion of the ranch. The area is a rockhounders' paradise with abundant rocks and an annual rock show in March.
