Enjoy the rugged beauty of cedar-lined canyons or the rolling grass-covered dunes of the Nebraska Sandhills. We offer camping and fishing along the South Loup River between Callaway and Arnold, Nebraska, at our privately owned campground. Come camp or picnic along the river between two small lakes. Enjoy fishing, wildlife, and beautiful scenery! We offer both primitive and modern camping. Electricity, water, and sewer are available at the park between the two lakes. Primitive camping is offered anywhere on the campground. Fishing is semi-handicap accessible at the lakes and some spots along the river. You can try your hand at fishing for carp and catfish in the river. A Nebraska State Fishing License is required for river fishing. State permits are available in the village or online from Nebraska Game and Parks. The private lakes support bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish, and perch. Enjoy swimming and canoeing in the river. In addition, our sand beach allows for swimming, tubing, and paddle boating in the east lake. We are open early April through the end of September for your outdoor enjoyment!
