The resort spans 84 private acres surrounded by thousands of acres of national wilderness with beautiful mountain views. Operating for over 30 years by the Elam and Solle families, the resort specializes exclusively in yearly lease arrangements with no short-term rentals available. The yearly lease includes family members such as children, spouses, and grandchildren, with garbage and sewage included in the rental. Small indoor pets are allowed with a limit of two per site. The resort maintains a virtually 100% occupancy rate, making available sites highly sought after in this peaceful North Georgia mountain community.
