The park offers large oak trees, acres of greenspace, and easy access to Austin, Georgetown, and other nearby cities. The park has 12 RV sites, 1 cabin, and a main house on property. Each site has an electric pedestal with 30 and 50 amp service and an additional 110 outlet. The park also offers amenities such as personal mailboxes, laundry facilities, BBQ/grills, community fire pit, picnic tables, sewer hookups, trash service, and water hookups. Visitors can enjoy the nearby attractions, including The Vineyard at Florence, The Florence Beer Market, Salado Creek Salado, Dwell House Coffee and Tap, and several boutiques/shops on Main Street.
