About

The Havasupai Tribe is a federally recognized Indian tribe with sovereign immunity. Visitors to Havasupai are responsible for being prepared with their own food and water for their whole trip. Permits are required for all visitors, and bookings are subject to a limited cancellation policy. The Tribe may close all or part of its Reservation and other lands at any time for any reason. Visitors are also responsible for protecting their own person and property. The best time to visit is determined by the weather and elevation in Supai Village. The Havasupai Tribal Court has sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any matters and claims arising from or related to tourism, bookings, and permits. The Tribe has its own rules, regulations, policies, customs, laws, and way of life, and any violation may result in immediate termination of all permits and additional consequences. Refunds will not be given in the event of a violation. Entrance upon tribal lands constitutes consent to the civil jurisdiction of the Havasupai Tribe and agreement to follow the terms and conditions and all other tribal rules and regulations.
