About
Hapgood Pond Recreation Area and Campground is situated next to its scenic namesake pond, 13 miles east of Manchester, Vermont. Visitors enjoy camping, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, and hiking. The campground will be under construction early in the season which may affect when the pond is filled with water. The non-motorized boat launch will be improved by constructing a gravel ramp which will greatly improve the visitor experience and access for getting boats in the water.
