About
Hacklebarney Woods Park is the largest park managed by the Montgomery County Conservation Board, covering 230 acres. It offers two campgrounds, one lake, one pond, three picnic areas, one picnic shelter, and six miles of hiking/equestrian trails. Visitors can enjoy fishing, boating, hunting, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and more. The park has newly renovated campgrounds with 50, 30, and 20 amp electrical sites, a restroom/shower facility, dump station, and picnic areas. The equestrian area is designated for trail riding and equestrian camping, with two electrical sites and additional primitive camping options.
