Largest state park in California, with 500 miles of dirt roads, numerous camping opportunities, 12 wilderness areas and many miles of hiking trails that provide the opportunity to experience desert wonders including bighorn sheep, wildflowers, palm groves, cacti and sweeping vistas. Visitors will be able to reserve campsites six months in advance from the current date. Bookings may extend from the arrival date to the desired departure date – based on availability and the park’s maximum stay rules. Reservation are available October 1st through April 30th.
