The resort features 304 total spaces, each approximately 35 feet wide and 50 feet long, with 144 permanent park-model homes, 104 annual RV sites, and 56 seasonal/short/mid-term spaces. Built in the 1980s, all lots are back-in sites with full hookups including 30 Amp and 50 Amp electrical service, water, and sewer connections. The resort is known for its strong sense of community, impeccably maintained grounds, and comprehensive amenities including a clubhouse with banquet hall, library, billiards room, craft rooms, shuffleboard courts, salt-water swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and cornhole game area.
