Green Valley Estates Mobile Home Park is a 55+ gated community located 20 miles south of Tucson, Arizona, and 43 miles north of the U.S.-Mexican border in Green Valley, Arizona. The park is situated at the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains, a unique and scenic setting. Membership in Green Valley Recreation, Inc. (GVR) is included with the lot lease for manufactured homes, offering recreation, education, social, and leisure opportunities. The community has a clubhouse with various amenities, including a salt-water swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area. Residents can participate in programs, classes, and fitness activities through GVR. The park is a permanent community, and there are no empty lots for new manufactured homes. Residency comes as owners buy and sell existing manufactured homes in the park. From time to time, there may be mobile home rentals available, and back-in lots for RVs up to 40 feet in length. The sister facility, Green Valley RV Resort, is located nearby and offers RV and Park Model rentals, as well as back-in lots for seasonal or short-term tenants.
