Located east of San Diego, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park features more than 100 miles of riding and hiking trails, including the Cuyamaca Peak Trail with spectacular views of the Pacific coastline, Colorado Desert, and the Salton Sea. The park is open with restrictions in services and/or facilities. Vehicle Day Use is $10.00, and special rates may apply for peak season, high demand holiday periods, and during weekends. The park is accessible via Highway 79, five miles north of I-8.
