The park is open from April 1st to October 31st, and RVs can be left on-site during the off-season for an additional fee. The site includes a 20x40 concrete slab, picnic table, fire ring, water, sewer, cable television, underground sprinklers, garbage service, mail, and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for their electrical costs and must follow the park's rules, including quiet hours and pet policies.
