Welcome to Gold Beach Manufactured Housing Community, located in the peaceful and scenic area of El Dorado, California. The park is a unique property that sits along the Cosumnes River and offers some river view lots. The community offers residents a rural sense of living but is still located a short drive from Plymouth and Placerville which are home to rodeos, fairgrounds, amateur gold panning, and much more. Our spacious lots can accommodate all sizes of RVs, some even large enough to place a mobile home. All come equipped with full hookups, including water, electricity, and septic. We’re an all-age community with rates starting at $545/month.
