Experience the exceptional beauty of the Boardman River at this rustic campground, set in a forest of pines and hardwoods. As a designated Blue Ribbon trout stream, the river offers unparalleled fishing opportunities, and its Natural River status ensures its continued preservation. With nine rustic sites suitable for tents and small trailers, the campground also provides easy access to nearby off-road vehicle trails. The campground is located 7 miles south of Williamsburg via Williamsburg, Supply and Brown Bridge roads. The Boardman River is designated Blue Ribbon trout stream, offering unparalleled fishing opportunities. This campground provides access to state land open to hunting. Firearm hunting is not allowed within 450 feet of an occupied dwelling. This campground is accessible from the Boardman River for canoe camping. The rustic campground is located along the Boardman River, which is part of the National Wild and Scenic River system. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Overnight fees ($20 for most sites) and registration procedures are posted at the information kiosk at each campground. One camping unit and six people are allowed per site.
